BlockRun ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our AI model gateway service and x402 payment infrastructure.

No Identity Required: BlockRun does not collect personal identity information (name, email, phone number, KYC documents, etc.). You connect your wallet and pay - that's it. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous and do not inherently reveal your identity.

By using BlockRun, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

1. API Usage Data

When you use our API, we collect:

• API requests and responses (prompts and completions)
• Model selection and parameters
• Token usage and pricing information
• Timestamps and request metadata

2. Payment Information

For x402 payments, we collect:

• Blockchain wallet addresses (public)
• Transaction signatures and payment proofs
• Payment amounts and network information
• Transaction hashes (publicly available on blockchain)

Note: Wallet addresses and transaction data are already public on the blockchain - anyone can view them using a block explorer. We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or any credentials that provide access to your wallet. All payments are processed using EIP-3009 TransferWithAuthorization, which keeps your private keys on your device.

When you use BlockRun, you're sharing your wallet address to receive payment requests and make on-chain transactions. This is standard for all blockchain payments and poses no security risk to your wallet.

3. Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our website:

• Page views and navigation patterns
• Device and browser information
• Geographic location (country/city level)
• Referral sources

How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To process your API requests and facilitate payments
• Payment Settlement: To verify and settle x402 payments via CDP Facilitator
• Analytics: To improve our service and understand usage patterns
• Support: To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Security: To detect and prevent fraud and abuse

Data Sharing with Third Parties

AI Model Providers

When you make API requests, your prompts and responses are sent to the respective AI provider:

• OpenAI: For GPT-5.2, o1, and DALL-E models
• Anthropic: For Claude models
• Google: For Gemini models
• DeepSeek, xAI, Together.ai, Mistral: For their respective models

Important - OpenAI Data Sharing: We have enabled OpenAI's data sharing program to receive complimentary daily tokens. This means:

• Your prompts and completions sent to OpenAI models may be used by OpenAI to improve their models
• OpenAI processes this data according to their Privacy Policy
• Do not send sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information to OpenAI models

Payment Processing

• CDP Facilitator (Coinbase): Verifies and settles x402 payments on Base network
• Blockchain Networks: Payment transactions are publicly recorded on Base, Solana, and other supported blockchains

Analytics Services

• Google Analytics: Website usage analytics (anonymized)
• Supabase: Database and analytics infrastructure

Data Retention

• Transaction Records: Retained indefinitely for accounting and compliance
• API Logs: Retained for 30 days for debugging and support
• Analytics Data: Retained for 26 months (Google Analytics default)

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest
• Regular security audits and updates
• Access controls and authentication

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
